- Check-in and check-out
Check-in is possible from 15:00 to 18.00 hours. Please let us know in time if you expect to arrive later.
Check-out preferably by 11:00 hours.
- Children
Children from 9 years are welcome to stay with us.
We regret that we cannot provide accommodation for younger children, due to the peace and safety of all guests.
- Pets
Socialized dogs are welcome upon request.
We kindly ask you to ensure that your dog does not cause any disturbance for other guests, such as noise nuisance or damage to furniture.
Dogs are in principle not allowed in the breakfast room, unless other guests explicitly agree to this.
A fee of €12.50 per night is charged for the stay of your dog.
- Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms and common areas of the B&B.
You can smoke outside on the designated spots.
- Rest and quiet
We ask you to take into account other guests and respect the peace from 22:00 hours, both inside and outside the B&B.
No noise nuisance will be tolerated. The TV volume may be set at a maximum of level 14.
- Use of rooms and facilities
Treat your room and the facilities with care. Any damage or missing items must be reported immediately and can be passed on to you.
- Liability
The B&B is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings of guests.
- Cancellations and changes
Cancellations and any changes to the booking must be notified in accordance with the conditions of the booking in good time.
- Other
It is not permitted to bring extra guests without permission from the B&B. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, the B&B reserves the right to terminate the agreement without refund of the paid amount.
